Conference Weekend

Conference... don't we all feel like Mishayla listening to those sweet soothing voices of wisdom! On a more serious note, this was a great weekend. I don't know hat it is about these two weekends each year, but they are always special. I always enjoy what is said and what I learn from these amazing people who are so close to the spirit. Even more though I enjoy the special spirit of the weekend it's self. It makes me feel like I'm part of something so much more important than my every day life. It's such a special time to slow down the pace and gather with friends and family. We had some of our dear friends over on Saturday which was so much fun. Our kids are all the same ages and really enjoy playing together. We will all be heart broken when they leave us next month. Sunday morning before conference some friends invited us on a little outing. The kids just ran, played, flew kites, and just had a great time. It was so much fun. The kids were a little stir crazy at the end of conference so we took them outside on a walk and let them play in the yard. It was such an enjoyable weekend!
