Mom's Shoes

My girls have never really been into trying my shoes on before, but the last few months my high heels keep disappearing from my closet. I thought I better get some pictures of them before I forget. David got in on the fun today as well. They all really got a kick out of my boots for some reason. I love the little things that can bring so much joy!

Bubble Santa

David though he was so funny when Jason helped him make a bubble beard. He kept saying, "ho, ho, ho yee mom". David started speech therapy at the beginning of this month and has really started talking. It is so exciting to hear his little voice after 2 1/2 years. He repeats almost anything we ask him too and he's putting words together. Now, if we could just get him to catch on to the whole potty training thing we would be set. Oh well, I guess you just celebrate whatever successes come along!

Little Scientist

Britannia wanted to enter her school's Science Showcase. She chose to make and experiment with gluep. We did the scientific part but we still need to make her poster to display for the school. She had a lot of fun doing this. She was so excited and acted very professional through the whole thing. It's so weird to watch your kids being so grown up. Shayla and David also got in on the fun!

Grandma & Grandpa Clause Come to Town

My parents came to visit us a few days after Christmas which we were all so excited about. They brought my cute cousin Meran with them which was so fun! I use to spend a lot of time with her and her siblings when I was younger and really miss them now that I'm so far away. We went to Kirtland and saw the nativity's while they were here. Most of the time they just spoiled us like always. I think if you asked my kids who they like better Santa Clause or Grandma & Grandpa they would say Grandma & Grandpa in a heart beat. They are so good to the kids and we really appreciate them. They give them everything we can't at this point in our lives and more. They stayed with us until New Year's morning. We were sad they couldn't stay longer, but were really thankful that they were able to come. We love you both so much!
