We took the kids on a little outing to the Metro parks. Jason and the kids did a little fishing, without any luck. I think the kids had fun just being able to spend time with their dad. We had a little picnic and took a hike. I will definitely miss the green and the scenery when the time comes for us to move on. I've never lived in such a pretty place before, I feel so blessed by the time that we've had to live here. It almost makes all the snow in the winter time bearable...almost!

Almost...it is hard for anything to make that much snow fun, but I agree, when it's not overcast and mushy out, it is a beautiful place to be!
What beautiful pictures! I agree, I love living in the lushly green midwest, and will miss it when we leave.
